Delete your account

You can permanently delete your FlashDash account and its associated personal data at any time. Here's how — from inside the app, on the web, or by email.

Delete it yourself

In the app: open Profile and tap Delete account. Confirm by typing DELETE. Your account is removed right away.

On the web (including if you've already uninstalled the app):

  1. Open app.flashdash.co and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Tap Delete account and type DELETE to confirm.

Prefer we do it for you? Email support@flashdash.co from the address on your account and we'll delete your account and associated personal data.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes your profile, your email and display name, your notification and alert preferences, your push-notification tokens, and your link to any business you manage. If you're the only manager of a business, that business is removed from FlashDash and its subscription is cancelled.

What we keep

For merchant reconciliation and dispute resolution we retain records of deals you actually redeemed, with your name removed. Internal activity logs and anonymous, aggregated statistics that aren't linked to you may also be kept. We may retain limited information where the law requires it (for example, tax or fraud-prevention records). See our Privacy Policy for the full retention details.
